Best Skin Lightening Cream

Skin Whitening Cream

It seems as if the market is flooded with a plethora of creams for each and every part of the body you can name (and some you can’t). In addition, you can find creams that moisturize, creams that clean, and even creams that are designed to “make your skin glow.” One of the popular creams is face lightening cream. Frequently, a good face lightening cream will do more than just lighten dark spots on your skin, it will also act as an anti-aging cream, anti-wrinkle cream, face bleaching cream, fairness cream, de-tan cream, under eye cream, and many other popular facial products.

Women today do not have time to run through a skin care regimen that contains ten or more products. If they would have to use a different skin care product for each of their skin care needs, they would find their entire day filled by their skin care regimen.

Combining all of a woman’s needs into one product is one way cosmetic manufacturers have catered to the needs of the busy woman. Using face lightning cream is a good way to meet all your skin care needs in one product.

A face lotion can also meet a variety of your skin’s needs. It is able to soften, hydrate, and smooth the skin. It will leave your skin feeling younger and fresher. A quality face lotion will clean your skin deeply without clogging your pores. It should nourish and protect the skin from damaging environmental affects as well.

The most important aspect of choosing a quality face lotion should be to find one that has been tested by a dermatologist. Your skin is the largest organ on your body and can be extremely sensitive. The condition of your skin gives first and lasting impressions to those you meet.

Long working hours, increasing workloads, and higher levels of stress make it difficult to give your skin proper care. Spending every day at the spa to keep your skin in shape is a luxury out of the reach of most women. Face lotion with multiple functions is a great way to pamper your skin while maintaining a lifestyle that is on the go.

Another way to take care of your skin with minimal effort is to invest in a superior face wash. When dirt and other impurities penetrate your skin, they can cause a long-lasting, negative effect. Women need a face wash that can remove dead skin cells, dirt, oil, make-up, and environmental pollutants while preventing acne and clogged pores.

Washing your face twice a day with a quality face wash and following it with moisturizer and toner designed for your skin, is a good way to keep your face clean and fresh.

Choose a face wash that meets the needs of your skin type. For example, if you are prone to acne or have sensitive skin your will probably prefer a face wash with ingredients like tea tree oil, aloe Vera, and turmeric. If your skin is dehydrated and dry, you should search for a face lotion that contains ingredients that moisturize. A face wash with lemon extract will give a boost to oily skin. Some face washes are even designed to make your skin fairer.

If you choose a facial cleanser that has rubbed your skin the wrong way or caused an allergic reaction, you should stop using it immediately. An allergic reaction is categorized by itchy, patchy, red, rash-filled skin and is a warning sign that the product you chose is not made for you.

However, you should not give up trying to keep your skin clean. Instead, look for a facial cleanser for sensitive skin that is designed with the needs of your skin in mind. These special facial cleansers have a balanced pH and contain less facial irritants. A facial cleanser for sensitive skin will also keep your skin soft and moisturized with every cleaning.

It is very important that you listen to your skin and pick the right kind of face wash for your skin type. Your face is the first thing people see, so do not take risks or be a guinea pig for any new experimental products.

If you were born with sensitive skin or your skin became sensitive over the years, you should be even more careful with it than other people with normal skin.

A facial cleanser for sensitive skin is designed with your needs in mind. They are not harsh on your skin and do not have side effects. Although it is designed to be gentle, quality facial cleanser for sensitive skin still does an excellent job of cleaning your skin.

Ways To Lighten Skin

When it comes to skin, the entire world wants a beautiful, hydrated and healthy skin. This is normal when you think that the skin is the mirror of the body and if the body is healthy so is their skin.

However, having a skin which is flawless, beautiful and healthy is not always possible. The spots, scars, dark spots, fine lines and wrinkles are marked along the time. Probably the most annoying are the dark spots. Anaesthetics are very real and can create psychological complexes that people have to deal with these problems.

If you’re one of those people who want to find some ways to lighten the skin and does not know what methods available to you, read this article and discover ways to do it.

Use of hydroquinone has been banned in all products throughout Europe, however, is still sold in the United States. Products in the U.S. can contain up to 2% hydroquinone if sold without prescription. With a prescription, you can get a product that contains 4% hydroquinone.

If the percentage is not listed, do not use it (unless you ask your doctor). When considering a product containing this ingredient, be sure to consult the possible side effects with your doctor before use.

Here Are The Ways To Lighten Skin:

1. Laser Technology:

This is probably the latest invention in the field of skin whitening. With the help of laser skin affected is removed and the new skin is encouraged to come out to the surface. This will remove stains and gets whiter the skin reveals normal.

This technology is very effective in the treatment of dark spots, but also acne, scars, fine lines and wrinkles. However, it is also very expensive and can be provided by a limited portion of the population.

2. Bleaching Creams:

Numerous bleaching creams have been published recently in the market. Several active ingredients have been used for these creams from hydroquinone and ending with AHA and natural fruit extracts.

Some of these creams are very effective, but its price is quite high, while another part of the creams are not very effective, even though it may seem attractive because they are less expensive. However, whitening creams are dangerous if not used under medical supervision, as they can have serious side effects.

3. Home Treatments:

Another great way to lighten the skin is the use of home treatments. There are many fruits, leaves and seeds that can clarify the skin and eliminate any dark spot or blemish. They are great because they are very affordable for everyone. Moreover, because they are made from natural ingredients which are free of side effects.

There are more alternatives for whitening skin. Select the option that best suits you and your skin type. However, if you go for the first two alternatives, you are recommended to seek the advice of a doctor to choose the solution that best suits your skin.

The Skin Whitening Products And Hazards

We’ve all heard (and seen) some of the side effects of whitening skin. Celebrities like Michael Jackson are famous for it. Yet despite the risks for skin whitening and bleaching there are still a common practice here in the Pacific and Japan.

Risk Of Skin Whitening Products:

Basically, to whiten skin using chemicals which clarifies the look of your tone skin and evens skin by decreasing the concentration of melanin, many women use whitening skin to remove age spots, acne scars, moles and birthmarks, even. (Dark Spot Corrector and products are also bleaching creams that may contain hazardous ingredients.) However, the long term use of whitening skin may lead to increased pigmentation of the joints of the toes, buttocks and ears. The skin of the face may also become thin. Areas around the eyes causing an effect could darken bleached panda. Prolonged use can cause premature aging, increase the chances of getting infections of the skin, acne, and wound healing.

There are two active ingredients commonly found in most products whitening skin: mercuric chloride and hydroquinone.

Mercuric chloride is mercury. If the product used in large areas of the skin, this can lead to mercury poisoning. The mercury poisoning is known to cause psychiatric problems, neurological and kidney problems.

Pregnant women can also pass unhealthy amounts of mercury to their children at birth. A study, according to WebMD, showed that at least one in four whitening skin, containing mercury which are manufactured in Asia and be sold later in the U.S.

Be sure to check if the product does not contain mercury before use. Mercury can also be included in the ingredients on the product label as calomel mercury or mercury.

Best Ways To Whiten Skin Naturally

There’s a lot of false information out there about skin whitening. Usually, it’s either people claiming that it’s either impossible or happens faster than it actually does.

The reality is that there are natural, great ways to bleach your skin. But you won’t be one shade lighter just 5 minutes after using it! Instead, you can get whiter skin in a few weeks with consistent effort.

Sound good? Then, let’s take a look at the best ways to lighten your skin.

1. Food: Skin Bleaching from the Inside and Out

What we like about food is that you can use food 2 ways to bleach your skin. You can get some benefit by eating the food on a regular basis- that’s one way. The other way is to make simple, homemade face masks with food. This actually gets better results, but you get the best results when you combine the 2 methods.

There are a few foods that are always recommended:

1. Papaya:

The first one is papayas. Papayas- especially organic- are some of the healthiest fruits you can eat- especially for skin health. They have a lot of vitamins including Vitamin A, C, E and K.

Because papayas are a mushy fruit, you can also make simple face and body masks with them. The best way to do this is to place a peeled, de-seeded papaya into a blender with honey and milk. Apply the mixture to your face, and then rinse off with warm water after 20 minutes.

2. Honey:

Another great food to use for skin bleaching is raw honey. Regular, processed honey is okay, but it isn’t nearly as healthy as raw honey. What many people don’t realize is that honey is full of healthy enzymes- after all, bees thrive on the stuff!

You can either just eat the raw honey, or mix it with other ingredients in a face mask. As mentioned earlier, you can use papaya, but you can also use things like oatmeal, aloe or lemon juice.

3. Lemon Juice:

Lemon juice is probably the most widely-known natural skin bleaching agent. It has a very high Vitamin C content, which has been proven to clear and brighten your skin. It also helps strengthen your collagen, which help support your skin’s structure and health.

There are a few ways to use lemon juice. One option is to simply use an old spray bottle and fill it with half lemon juice, half water. Spray it onto your skin twice a day.

Another option is to simply take a lemon rind and slowly rub it on your skin. This exfoliates the skin and applies lemon juice to make it appear whiter.

If you like using cotton balls cut a lemon into slices and run them under water for 2-3 seconds. Then squeeze the juice onto a cotton ball and massage the juice into your skin. Rinse off after about 15 minutes.

4. Milk:

Milk is an effective whitening agent. Even though drinking it provides small benefits to skin health, most people experience better results by combining it with other foods into a face mask.

There are a few different ways to use milk to whiten the skin. The first method is to simply warm milk (cow or goat milk) in a microwave or pot. Then dip a wash cloth into the milk, and massage the milk into your skin with the wash cloth.

Another option is to mix 2 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of milk and one egg yolk together. Apply this to your face like a mask, and leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with plain water.

5. Potatoes:

Raw, white potatoes contain a specific enzyme called catecholase that may help with skin whitening. There are two main ways to apply this to the skin.

Your first option is to cut the potato into slices, and then rub it onto your skin. Note that the benefit comes from the inside of the potato rubbing your skin- not the peel!

The other option is to extract the juice from a potato, and apply the juice to your skin. Potato juice isn’t the easiest type of juice to extract however, so we recommend using slices instead.

6. Oatmeal:

Oatmeal doesn’t actually reduce melanin production. In other words, it doesn’t lighten the skin by lowering the amount of pigment colouring the skin.

Instead, it is useful for exfoliating the skin. Create a mixture of oatmeal, brown sugar, honey and milk. Massage it into your skin gently for a minute, and then rinse off with water.

7. Cucumbers:

Cucumbers are rich in skin-healthy vitamins. You can find Vitamins B2, C, and E in cucumbers, as well as a nice chunk of amino acids. These vitamins and acids help whiten and clean the skin, as well as neutralizing the free radicals that most of our bodies accumulate.

The best way to whiten your skin with cucumbers is to simply combine it with an equal amount of lemon juice. Soak a washcloth in the mixture and then massage it into your face. Rinse off after about 15 minutes.

2. Soaps: Get Clean, Get White

A lot of soap manufacturers are getting in on the skin bleaching craze. They’re including natural ingredients such as papaya, carrots, aloe, and oatmeal to heal and whiten your skin.

Lots of men and women like using soaps because they serve 2 purposes. First- you have to clean your body every day anyways, right? So, you’re using soap regardless. So why not get the second benefit as well- making your skin lighter?

Soaps are good because unlike home remedies, you can use them all over your body and not make a mess. Face masks and the like are kind of messy, right? But soap gets washed off quickly in the shower.

There are a few negative aspects of soap though. You have to be careful around your eyes, and sometimes in the shower you may be tempted to go really fast. You also need make sure you use a wash cloth, because it’s the best way to massage the soap into your skin.

3. Lotions And Creams

Generally, creams and lotions are the best ways to bleach your skin. But be clear to use natural creams.

Most creams come with some kind of chemical bleaching agents. These work very well, but your body isn’t built to handle these chemicals. Plus, there are often unseen side effects anytime our bodies interact with chemicals on a regular basis.

Instead, use creams that have ingredients similar to glutathione. This is a natural amino acid that reduces melanin production. Melanin is the pigment in your skin that gives it colour, so reducing this compound is the best way to lighten your skin.

How To Whiten Armpits?

There are various products and techniques you can purchase as well as online claiming to whiten armpits. Yet, it usually is advisable to use up nature-based options for treating this common dermatological problem.

You should perform regular cleansing and moisturizing for preventing its appearance. Generally, shaving and plucking causes micro abrasion that consequently stimulates darkening. You should also avoid wearing tight clothes for attaining fairer armpits.

Almost everyone has the problem of dark underarms and armpit stains. These naturally are a little more visible over the summers. There are innumerable methods of whitening the armpits, but it really is imperative that you try the safe measures. You must bear in mind enough regarding these means so that you will do no harm your epidermis.

Underarm whitening is vital to many those who want to feel at ease displaying their own health in public. When you age, your armpits may get darker if you are likely to sunbath at all times, they may gradually become tanned. Once they are tanned, it can be hard to get it back immediately to being white again.

During winter time, this could become a problem because as your entire skin loses its tan, your underarm will continue to be dark! While shaving, waxing, or plucking hair from using your armpits, you may leave shaving bumps that appears like chicken skin and scars from tiny cuts.

These things are abrasive for a skin and may darken your skin meaning you would then consider underarm whitening. Also, being obese can cause your underarms to darken as a result of constant friction happening.

Using deodorants which are gel based roll-ons, or sticks could make your underarms get away in a rash, turn red from irritation, or maybe darken the skin. Your skin can alter and develop a hypersensitivity to the product. This is called skin asthma.

So, the pros to underarm whitening are always to have skin colour that match your entire skin, look radiant and healthy.

Almond For Skin Whitening

Some of the best home remedies for skin whitening involve almonds. Whether you’re making almond milk or mashing them into an almond paste, it’s a pretty common ingredient.

But how can you use almonds to whiten your skin? And do almonds provide any other health benefits? You’re about to find out.

Homemade Whitening Recipes With Almonds

Below are a few of the most common homemade recipes to make with almonds:

Soak several (4 or 5) almonds overnight in water. In the morning, grind them into a paste. That night, apply the paste to your face and leave it overnight. After 2 or 3 weeks, you will notice very clear results.

Soak almonds overnight in water. The next day, grind the almonds into a fine powder, and mix in some milk. Raw milk works best, but pasteurized milk works okay. Apply the mask to your face with your fingers. Leave the mask on for 20-30 minutes, then rinse off.

Combine a tablespoon of lemon juice, a tablespoon of honey, and some milk powder together to make a paste. Then add a half tablespoon of almond oil. The almond oil helps hold the mixture together, as well as provide whitening properties to the face mask. Apply it to your face, let it dry, and rinse off with warm water.

There are several other recipes out there that include almond oil, but they are basically the same as above.

What Other Health Benefits Do Almonds Offer?

Almonds are one of the healthiest nuts you can eat. Some experts even call them “super foods” because they contain many health benefits but very few drawbacks.

One major benefit of almonds is that they may reduce your risk of heart attacks. The Loma Linda School of Public Health claims that eating them 5 days a week may reduce your risk of heart attack by 50%. They also help protect your artery walls from becoming damaged and help lower cholesterol.

Almonds are a great source of phosphorus, which builds strong bones and teeth. Because so many people develop osteoporosis these days, this is a crucial benefit to most of us.

Healthy fats are necessary to be healthy- and almonds provide them. These aren’t saturated fats, like those found in animal products. According to one article on almonds, people who ate nuts at least twice a week were 31% less likely to gain weight than people who never ate nuts.

Almonds also alkalize the body, heal your nervous system, and help your brain function healthily.

Note that these benefits do not come from using almonds or almond oil in your face mask. However, you can always use almonds on both the outside (face masks) and inside (through consumption) to heal your body multiple ways.

Aloe Vera For Skin Whitening

Mankind has known for centuries that aloe Vera is good for the skin. It’s rumoured that Cleopatra- known for her amazing beauty- actually used aloe Vera to make her skin glow.

But, besides the health benefits of aloe Vera, did you know that you can use it for skin whitening?

How To Use Aloe Vera For Skin Whitening

Aloe vera comes in a number of different forms. One of the most common forms is a simple aloe vera gel. Usually people have this in their homes to treat minor wounds or sunburns. However, that gel can also be used to whiten your skin.

Simply apply the gel to your skin twice daily. Use small amounts so that it spreads thinly across your face. Allow it to dry- do not wipe or rinse it off.

Some people prefer to use aloe vera in its more natural form. You can pluck fresh aloe vera leaves and mash them into a thick paste. Then spread the paste over your skin- you can do this up to twice a day.

A few brands of soap contain aloe vera, as it both heals the skin and kills bacteria. These soaps are a good way to clean and brighten your body without drying out the skin.

Finally, some facial lotions and creams contain aloe vera. Follow the directions on the tube or bottle, because they each have their own recommended directions.

How Does Aloe Vera Work?

The reason it’s used in some skin whitening products is that aloe vera contains Lignin. This is a substance that moisturizes the skin. Lignin also helps the skin stay elastic, and not become tough and tight.

Aloe vera also contains a compound called anthraquinone. This helps remove dead cells and brightens the skin while healing irritation such as rashes or acne.

The last thing that needs to be reiterated is that aloe vera is both anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. This means that it kills bacteria growing on the skin, keeping it healthier.

Note that even though it does help brighten the skin a little, this is not aloe vera’s most powerful health benefit. Instead, it is best used to heal the skin, and then use another whitening method.

Can Anyone Use Aloe Vera?

Patients of all ages and skin colours have had success with aloe vera. Whether you have black, brown or yellow skin, aloe vera can help it shine brighter and lighter.

How Long Does It Take For Aloe Vera To Work?

The short answer is that it depends. The health of your skin, how much aloe vera you use, the quality of the product, your age, and many other things factor into the speed of results.

Generally, you should see clear results within several weeks in regards to skin lightening. However, it should only take several days to notice reduced skin blemishes, and a brighter glow of the skin.

We recommend giving the aloe vera at least 4 to 6 weeks before you decide that it is not working for you.

Are There Any Side Effects Of Aloe Vera?

When aloe vera is applied directly to the skin, there are no known side effects. However, aloe vera is also available in pill form. Some patients have had side effects when the herb is taken through pills.

Some studies show that inflammation, accumulation of toxins in the liver and kidneys, and even death can occur if it is ingested for long periods of time.

Also, you should know that latex comes from the aloe vera plant. Some people are allergic to latex, and it can cause a rash or diarrhoea.

What About Aloe Vera Juice?

Some health “experts” claim that aloe vera juice is extremely helpful to the body. Others say that it’s not as good as the hype says it is.

As you might expect, the normal way to use aloe vera juice is to drink it. Considering the skin whitening benefits of applying aloe vera gel to the skin, it’s easy to think that drinking juice would also help.

However, as mentioned earlier, ingesting aloe vera is not a good idea. There are numerous side effects associated with it. That’s why we recommend only using aloe vera gel- not juice- for skin bleaching.

Brighten Skin With Bleaching Cream

In order to bleach skin properly, it should be done by an experienced professional. There are many bleaching products being sold and promoted to be effective for whole body skin solutions, but many of the skin bleaching products have been formulated only for specific areas like the face or parts of the body. Most of the face bleaching products are purely cosmetic and works only for definite time periods. To achieve more permanent results, the treatment should be continuous or the skin can revert back to its original colour when treatment is stopped.

Hydroquinone is usually the active ingredient preparations to bleach skin and treat skin spots. This chemical has been found to be one of the most effective blocker of melanin production. Melanin is responsible for the colour of the skin. Hydroquinone, however, has been recently linked to cancer so non-prescription cosmetic and anti-aging products can contain only up to 2% hydroquinone.

A doctor, however can prescribe stronger formulations containing a higher percentage of hydroquinone for creams to bleach skin faster and more effectively. People who want to avoid using hydroquinone can find safer ways to bleach skin with natural ingredients. There are many skin and face bleaching products in drugstores and beauty supply stores containing only natural ingredients derived from plants. These plant-based chemicals have been proven to be effective in skin lightening too. A homemade cream solution for skin lightening can also be made by combining lemon with rum and glycerine. It is important to carefully follow instructions and undertake research when choosing ingredients for skin bleaching treatments. Abuse of chemical-based products may cause some allergic reactions and damage your skin. It is also important to be patient and realistic about expectations from formulations to bleach skin as they are meant only to enhance and not transform a person into something exotic and different.

Face bleaching is the process of removing skin spots on the face or improve a ruddy complexion. Many individuals are unhappy with pigments in their skin tone and age spots that result in uneven complexions. It is but natural to want a clear -looking, blemish-free skin. People with uneven skin, freckles or ruddy spots on the face should consider face bleaching as a solution. People who are getting older will find that their facial skin tone gets uneven with some age spots and freckles appearing due to constant exposure to the sun. Face bleaching kits can be bought in complete packages or they can be done professionally in a salon. To ensure an even toned skin, it is best to have the procedure professionally-done.

Younger women tend to rely on cosmetics like concealers and foundation to cover up freckles and skin imperfections, but this is very temporary in nature and oftentimes only slightly effective. Skin spots found on the bridge of the nose and cheeks like freckles can be unsightly for some women because clear unblemished skin is still the standard of beauty espoused in publications and dermatological circles even if some people find freckles charming. Face bleaching is the easiest way to get rid of freckles from the face or make them less noticeable. When the freckles get much lighter, then a foundation or concealer can more effectively and evenly cover them up.

Formulations to bleach skin on the face take a number of treatments before the results become visible. But caution must be exercised not to overdo face bleaching. After the desired results have been achieved, it is best to give the face a time to renew itself. Many women overdo the process to the point of wanting to alter their skin tone. Procedures using kits and home preparations should be used judiciously. If a more dramatic result is desired, it is best to consult a professional and leave the treatments into their experienced hands. People bleach skin because they want to get rid of dark skin spots and clear up their complexion to achieve that glowing, smooth fair skin that models and beauty queens flaunt. Face bleaching can be effective for individuals with skin pigmentation and age spots they want to get rid of to boost their self-confidence. Almost everyone has this desire to look better and attractive to others and if dark skin spots become an obstacle from enjoying life.

Face bleaching creams can be an easy solution to gain self esteem. There are creams, lotions and gels to bleach skin with chemical contents to hinder melanin production.

Turmeric For Skin Whitening

Most people have heard about the skin whitening benefits of things like papaya, lemon juice and almonds. But did you know that turmeric is also very effective at lightening the skin?

Turmeric is a plant similar to ginger and is found in tropical climates. The stems can be harvested and ground into a fine powder, which can be used as a spice or to dye clothes.

Turmeric can also be used for medicinal purposes. It can treat minor burns, fight off free radicals as an antioxidant, and reduce the amount of melanin in the skin. By reducing the melanin, it also makes your skin look whiter.

How To Use Turmeric For Skin Bleaching

You can most likely purchase turmeric powder at your local grocery store in the spices section. If you have trouble finding it, you can also look in a local Indian grocery store, or health food stores. Organic turmeric is better for you, but will also be more expensive.

With the powder, you’ll be making a turmeric mask and applying it to your face. Mix one teaspoon of the powder with three tablespoons of lime or lemon juice. Apply it to the desired area, and wash off after 15 minutes with warm water.

Another option to use turmeric is to mix it with natural, organic food oils. This allows the turmeric to penetrate deeper into the skin, and you can leave it overnight without washing it off. Using this method do not sting like citrus juice and so many people prefer using it.

To get the best consistency with turmeric and oils, start with an even amount of both. Then slowly add oil until you get the consistency you want. Almond, coconut, and olive oils work best.

The final method with oil involves mixing natural food oils with turmeric, but not using it immediately. Allow it to sit overnight, causing the turmeric to settle at the bottom of the bottle. The oil should now be on the top, and have a clear orange colour. Rub the turmeric-infused oil on your face, and rinse off after 30 minutes.

You may also consider mixing turmeric with some raw, organic honey. Honey is a very common skin whitening agent, and is in many home remedies because it is so effective. Use roughly a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a tablespoon of honey.

Besides applying it directly to your face, you can also get skin whitening benefits from turmeric by eating it. Turmeric is a common spice in Indian foods such as curry. You can also mix the turmeric into hot water or take it in supplement form such as pills.

There are turmeric soaps out there that can also be used to help whiten your skin. If that doesn’t appeal to you, you could also try a turmeric lotion to help whiten and clean your skin.

Even though you might find these in a local store, the best place to find these soaps and lotions is online.

When you make a paste with turmeric, a side effect is that it might leave small yellow stains on the skin. This is not permanent, and can be washed off with soap and water. Note that it may take several washes, but it will come off. At most, these stains might stay on the skin for several hours at most.

That said- turmeric stains on fingernails do NOT completely wash off. There will still be a slight yellow colour to your nails, no matter how many times you wash your hands.

If this bothers you, try using gloves, a soft brush, or facial sponge to apply the paste. If turmeric makes its way onto plastic, it will stain the plastic quickly. You can remove the stain with bleach if necessary.

Because turmeric is a natural compound, it is perfectly safe for anyone to use. Whether you have brown, yellow or black skin, it has proven to help make your skin healthier and whiter.

Just make sure that you use it in small doses at first, and stop immediately if you experience any unexpected side effects.
